The Kia EV3 Wins Best of the Best
at the 2025 Red Dot Design Awards

The Kia EV3 has been honored with the Best of the Best award in the Product Design category at the 2025 Red Dot Design Awards, reaffirming Kia’s global recognition for design excellence.
Following in the footsteps of the EV6 (2022) and EV9 (2024), the EV3 becomes Kia’s third electric vehicle to receive this top distinction.
Bold Exterior with
Confident Presence

The EV3 embodies Kia’s design philosophy, Opposites United, with a bold and intuitive exterior that balances both strength and refinement.
At the front end, Kia’s signature Tiger Face and Star Map lighting emphasize its powerful silhouette, while the sculpted tailgate, slim C-pillars, and seamless rear glass create a wide and confident stance on the road.
Comfortable and
Practical Interior

In contrast to its bold exterior, the EV3’s cabin offers a sense of openness and comfort, designed to accommodate up to five passengers.
A sliding center console table and an ultra-wide panoramic display that integrates driving information and entertainment functions illustrate Kia’s “living space” concept. Such features combine practicality and technology, producing a unique, calm, and user-friendly environment. The spacious layout and smart utility further highlight its thoughtful design approach.
With this award, the EV3 strengthens Kia’s reputation for combining bold design, sustainable thinking, and a customer-first approach. As Kia expands its electric vehicle lineup, the EV3 exemplifies the brand’s commitment to shaping the future of mobility through visionary design.
The Red Dot Design Awards
Founded in 1954 in Germany, the Red Dot Design Award is recognized as one of the world’s three major design competitions, alongside the iF Design Award and the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA). Each year, winners are selected across three categories — Product Design, Brands & Communication Design, and Design Concept — based on innovation, functionality, and sustainability.
